    Wink Newbie I have no idea what happens next?

    Hi

    I have just bought the plan and i was wondering what happens next for my personal sway plan?
    ive downloaded the 21 day meal plan etc but nothing was said about the plan? who do i contact etc ive seen people mention questionnaires to fill out but i dont know where to go for that?
