no pulse

hi
before four days i go to my doctor and he made ultrasound and my baby is 7 weeks+5 days
but no pulse iam shocked and sad
he ask me to come again after 2 weeks

my question is i have Nausea and morning sickness until this minute
does the doctor mistaked and my baby is a live and has pluse?

Oh gosh I'm so terribly sorry to read this. Unfortunately, even after a baby has passed away, you can still have morning sickness. Sometimes the body doesn't realize the pregnancy is ending and keeps making the hormones that cause the morning sickness. By seven weeks and five days, they should be able to see a heartbeat on the ultrasound. Is there any way you might not be as far along as you thought? Could you have ovulated later?? Doctors can get things wrong sometimes. But I would prepare for the worst as this isn't a great sign. ((((hugs)))) and please don't hesitate to let me know how I can help.
