Cervical Mucus (Changes?)

Since the beginning of pregnancy my CM has been somewhat there - To the point I've worn a thin panty liner everyday.
But today it's different - It seems to of changed colour from Creamy to clear from thick ish to watery. And there seems to be lots more of it. I've upgraded my panty liner to a normal sanitary pad (always 3+) yet I still feel wet.
Could it be something else? Or just the standard CM changing along with the pregnancy hormones.
I've been having around 2-3 BH every hour for a few days now. Could if be linked?
Any advice to rest my mind would be great.

That's totally normal. Mine is very wet sometimes and sometimes thick.
