Ramzi
Hi, I’m 4+3 weeks is the ramzi theory reliable? Last week I was feeling a pulling and pinching pain on the left side so I think it has implanted on the left but this week I feel it on the right ?

a) No, Ramzi is not reliable. AFter seeing several people send Dr. Ramzi himself $10 to guess their ultrasounds and he guessed wrong, and finding out that he never published his "research" which is a sure sign that it is phony, I don't believe Ramzi has anything to tell us whatsoever
but even more important
b)As you yourself can see, it is normal to feel stretching and pinching all over the place in early pregnancy. You cannot feel a baby implant in your uterus. If you could, pregnancy would be so painful that you couldn't stand it. The sensations in your abdomen in early pregnancy are because your body releases a surge of hormones that triggers blood flow and your ligaments to soften up and this causes pain and crampiness. But it affects your entire body (many of us even notice things like heartburn and swelling varicose veins in very early pregnancy which obviously can't have anything to do with implantation) and it's due to the blood flow and "relaxin" hormone affecting all your tissues. sometimes you feel it more on one side than the other but it is not where the baby implants. I have people tell me all the time they feel pain on one side only to find out their baby implanted and/or they ovulated from the other.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
