Well it's nearly time for me to try again! So here is my new plan any advice would be great!!
Boy diet ( I have a bit of milk on my cereal and a little in coffee) other than that slot of meat and potatoes!
Supplements- fish oil flax seed oil f acid.
Drinks- ural 3 a day , gelatin, robatussion, green tea x3
Dtd- going to try o-48 and o day (I think) so by my calculations I should o on Tuesday so going to dtd sun night and tues morning
Before dtd- dh red bull and ice! Me bsf 1 hour b4 and will prob use presseed with a bit of bs in it
After- hips propped and mobile in jeans! And pray like anything : )
What do you think? Missing anything? I bet I o early or late now!!! Anyway here's hOping!
