Hey! Okay I just discovered my husbands multivitamin ( taking progressive for active men)has chlorella in it 😫 So after reading the 21 day meal plan for boy it states to avoid chlorella and spurlina. Would one a day men's be a good vitamin for him to take? I'm taking women's one a day... to note DH is not a big eater so I just want to make sure he's getting something and it's already hard to get him to take 2 pills ( multi vitamin and fish oil) so I know he won't take more then that.
Yes I would ditch anything containing chlorella (I would avoid this anyway. They really know next to nothing about algaes and in supplemental amounts, some evidence indicates they may cause or contribute to ALS)
I have suggested Men's One a Day over 50 in your sway plan (even though he's not over 50, I just like the nutrient breakdown in that one) but anything without megadoses or weird additional herbs in it (Centrum is another brand) is fine.
