Okay forgive me if I sound like an idiot, but am I suppose to TTC the day after my period ends until 4-3 days before I ovulate OR am I only suppose to TTC the 4th-and 3rd day before ovulation.

PLEASE do not BD many days to a cutoff. I HATE that "method" and you can read more about why that is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...nk-lately.html (not the first post, a few posts down)
If you want to include Shettles timing, please have one attempt 2 or 3 days before ovulation. 4 days before ovulation is really very slim odds of conception (1 in 1000, scientists estimate) and most of the people who have thought they conceived with that cutoff actually ovulated earlier than they thought. OR, if you want to try 4 day cutoff, that's fine, just know going in that your chances of conceiving will be pretty low and you will likely want to drop this after only one month. I'd also have you ditch antihistamine, douching/jelly, frequency, jump and dump, hot bath/shower...basically anything else that really cuts odds of conception by a lot.
