When should I test?

So I have no idea if I even ovulated this cycle and it's driving me nuts as now I don't even know when to test! Af came on cd26 this past cycle when the one before that was 33 days! I'm not sure if vitex did this, if I had a chemical or if I now have irregular periods! I came off the mirena iud in November, and didn't get a normal af til January!
So question is... When should I test earliest? I don't even know when to expect af!!
I'm not sure if I want to test before its due in case it ends up being a chemical if I am preggers and a couple days later get disappointed!
My last af was march 28th and was off a 26 day cycle, and the one before that was march 3rd and before that was January 31... When would you test!?
I just of course am obsessing about any twinge but who knows if I'm even in the 2 ww! I just want to know so I can get on with things!! Lol

I would say May 1. That would be, if my math is correct, 35 days since your last af. That's a bit longer than your 33-day cycle was, so it wouldn't be getting your hopes up prematurely, just to have them sink ... but it's not soooo long that it drives you crazy, either. And having your test day be the first day of a new month has sort of a refreshing quality to it, don't you think? You simply are NOT allowed to test (or obsess) in April. ;) Come May ... pee on that stick, girl! :)

Too bad I didn't listen...2 bfn's later! What a dork! Funny how the 'symtoms' I thought I was feeling subside when I see the bfn! Would honestly not be surprised either way it goes!!

I think the symptoms can be totally real, it's just that they don't always mean pregnancy!

I know! I am riding the crazy train! After the 2nd bfn I was like ok. I am not, and that's ok! But then I recalculated (I've done it like 20x) cause my cycles have no pattern right now! So in fact, I could have tested at 9dpo which I really feel is too early for me! I woke up quesy today and since yesterday I keep wiping, sure I will see af and to no avail! So this is just feeding the fire! I swore I wouldn't be like this and instead have gone over the edge the other way! Oh well, hoping by Sunday I will have an answer and then I need to get a hobby!! This no exercise thing has given me waaaayyyy too much time on my hands!!
