So we are going to start TTC in september. I have been starting to eat a cleaner diet well as a result of that I am down about 5 pounds. Well I guess my biggest question is should I try to maintain/gain weight so I have to lose right before we TTC? Or is losing weight until then good enough? I am currently 5'6'' and weight 125.5lbs Thank you!
