Hi ladies, need some help with a sway from all you experts
Hello, I am new here but have been in the swaying world for a long time. I swayed with my 4th son and failed. I did tbm on 2 days before O and day before, then day of O and still got a boy. I was taking calcium and magnesium too but my dh would not take a thing. I want to sway one last time but really want to get this right. I plan to have dh abstain for at least 7 days this time but what is the maximum time...14 days??? I am 39 and my dh is 42 so we are on the older side. I am doing diet already but am a little confused about what to really eat. I know this is different to the IG diet but is there a place on here where I can see what exactly I should be eating. I am not eating any red meat only chicken. I also see that timing is not an important factor but for me I think it might be. I was going to do a 0+12, I was even going to have my OB monitor by O but I read that because of my age, getting pregnant is way harder when doing that. Does anyone check their ph as well. Is that a factor?? I did all that before and I was low and still had my 4th boy. I know diet is the most important. I do exercise a lot, but I understand that I should only run or do more cardio without any muscle training. I have cut out kickboxing and am only running and dancing. Is that ok? I don't weigh a lot, I am 103lbs, is it ok for me to drop a few pounds without hurting my fertility?? I plan on working out 7 days, verses 5 days that I normally do, is that too excessive? One more question ladies, Is May a good month to conceive a girl? I read that summer is better, which would be June and it would be less stressful as the kids are out of school. I also promised myself to not be so in charge in my house. I read that women who surrender their strong nature get girls. I am very strong willed so I think I may learn to meditate and have a carefree attitude instead of this intense "I need to get things done" attitude. Is this all true. My dh will not do any of the sway with me and I am not going to stress, just relax and try to concentrate on myself with the sway. Anyone have any suggestions for me?? Thank you ladies!
