Can't access dream member HT??

So I can't seem to access the Dream Member HT section anymore?? I got a notice last week saying my membership was about to lapse unless I renewed it- so of course I immediately went online and renewed it. A day later, I got a message saying my membership automatically renewed (I must have selected that option a year ago when I signed up). So I believe I may have even paid twice. I don't care about paying twice (if that's what happened)- but now I can't access any of the Dream Member sections, so I'm wondering if there was some confusion with me trying to renew?
