I was getting periods on the same day a month, but I was breastfeeding so I was getting a bunch of positive opks so I decided it was worth it to try. I Oed on CD 15 the first cycle using it and I usually wouldn't of had a positive opk until day 23. I thought Vitex was a good thing for me because I did conceive the first cycle..however I didnt stop taking it on the first positive opk like I should have, and well I did miscarry. However right after the M/C I took Vitex again and I am now in the 2ww if you want to search my threads they are VITEX Time and My VITEX Journey. Good luck hon! :)
I used vitex and got pregnant first attempt. It made my cycle a day or two longer but I o'ed same cycle day.
No, it's not too late! Lots of people seee changes right away with vitex!!
i just started last night and i am due to O in a week-ish. Do I stop at O or keep going all month?
Stop the day before you expect to O.
IF you are not TTC this month, some people have had success by taking vitex for the full month before they started to TTC (so you'd take it all month this month and then AF-day before O next month) but the prob. is this can really mess up your cycle.
Atomic, I think I have IB today at 10dpo! :)
Updated my thread.
I hope so Butterfly! Good luck!
