How's this for a plan?

hey ladies,
here's my plan, going to start ttc after af due tomorrow i think! Both boys one hit wonders around o i think but never need to do the first t of ttc before so don't really know!
Diet
Me LE plus not eating foods banned by french gender either, but not drinking all the milk, no caffine, almost no alchol,, no breakfast, 2 cups of peppermint tea with aspartme sweetner
DH French gender, no caffine
Suppliments
Me asprin, fungeek and cal mag every 3 or 4 days was planning to take zirtec once af starts
DH cranberry, cal mag, licorice root, also planning to annoy him with zirtec he has hay fever anyway
DTD
Have been BD everyother day to try and reduce sperm count, Planning 5 days before o cut off, replen
Silly stuff
Lavender shower gel
lots of nail polish
rose quartz necklace
It's all got me a bit confused so if i'm doing anything daft would appreciate your thoughts! also stopped exercising which i miss but read moderate exercise is a bad plan - any thoughts?

thank you so much for your responses been going round in circles, have reisvsed my plans a little thrown out the fenugeek and the cal Mag, i never really ate dairy before so just ditching everything from my diet else must have relativly raised levels!
thank you for all the links i have read lots before but just find all the info a bit much! so thank you very ,much now planning FR + multiple attempts at o-4,o-3, 0-2 for the first month will prob do 0-1 next month it that doesn't work not sure how long i can do the diet and that does feel important!
