What is the official number that a temp would need to drop by in order to be considered a pre ovulation temp drop, 0.4, 0.5? More? Less?

Different for everyone in every month and some people never get a temp dip! Sorry, I wish I was more help.
Some people's temp dips are dramatic and others barely dip at all, it's just in comparison to the temp rise that it looks like a dip.
In past months my dip has been between 0.55 and 0.65 so i'll just use that as a measure :)
Also - my temp taking time has changed from 5:15 to 4:10 (change in location has meant changed wake up hours) and I'm seeing that my temps are an average of 0.30 lower then previously - would that be normal given the change in time? Can i expect the same dips and rises? Or will the value of the dip/rise be smaller aswell ??
I'm sorry, there's just no way to know. Everyone's body is different, every month can be different. The only thing that's consistent is the lower temps before ovulation, higher temps after. Not even the temp dip is consistent for every person, every month. The only reliable info is lower temps before O, higher temps after.
Thanks AS - its so annoying! Wish it could be straightforward and mathematically precise LOL
I know, right?? :p
