Ok so we have done FR last night was our first attempt and I am using rePHresh but, I can't decide if I want to go for one more attempt tonight? I am ovulating today. What do y'all think one attempt or 2 attempts? I feel good about my LE diet but, I did cheat a couple times :)
If it helps any, I plan on doing first attempt at +OPK and then another attempt 3-6 hours later. When I swayed in the past, I could never get pg from DH FR and only 1 attempt. Plus, I think the sooner your get pg the better so diet doesn't start slipping and you don't have to drop things from the sway. That is my take on it all!
it depends on how big a hurry you're in to get pg and how much weight you have to lose.
If you have a timeline of conception due to advancing age, child spacing, work needs, etc. then have another attempt.
If you have very little weight to lose, have another attempt so you don't have to stay on diet as long.
If, on the other hand, you have no reason to hurry and/or you have a lot more weight to lose, then give it a couple months with just one attempt - you never know, you may get pg from just one attempt!!
