UDO's Oil ?

As a vegetarian who will not be taking the fish oil, I was wondering if Udos oil is a good replacement as it is a balanced blend of omega 3, 6 and 9 ?

yes, it's fine!! All you need to be careful of with the oils, is that Omega 3 is the same as or higher than, Omega 6.
