REphresh question!!

I last used represh on Wednesday and we BD'd on Thursday/Friday. We will BD again today and possibly 1-2 more days depending on when I get my +OPK. If I used Resphresh 1 more time, today, will I be killing off all the sprem up there? I would hate to O today or tomorrow and kill off all our chances!

Insert it now, then BD in 8 hours..
That's exactly what I did, and I conceived!

You can't kill the sperm that's already in there, it's safe out of reach of the RepHresh. You can reduce odds of conception from future rounds of BD, but like Butterfly says, if you use the RepHresh 8-12 hours before you DTD (even 24), that shouldn't be as much of a concern as it would be if you used a whole bunch right before intercourse.
