Help me please so much info!

Hello all
I have 3ds and am desperate for a dd!!!!
1st ds is 10yrs 2ds is 8yrs and 3rd ds is 18 months
I'm 30yrs 5f4in and Slim build
Only just realised that people talk about gd was secretly heart broken when I found out the sex with my latest ds! Although I wouldn't change any of them at all I have this empty space in my heart :(
Now feel ready ttc again but really want to get the best odds for dd! Then at least I know I've tried all I can possibly try!
There is so much info on here it's a little mind blowing of what to do and not to do!
I've stopped taking my bcps for two cycles now and af is due 3 days, and the only other thing is I've started taking magnesium supplements!
Please can someone advise me on my next step (diet, exercise, whens best to bd ect...)

Had a good read though all your info, which all makes perfect sense btw!! Think I'm going to do the le diet never eat breakfast anyway I do drink loads of tea!?! And will cut out all meat and most veg and drinking loads of cranberry juice, really going to try and work out everyday for a hour as never do this!!!
And take Benadryl from af to o. With ky when bding!
I'm 119lbs and around 20 bmi so don't really want to be on the diet to long before falling pg as lose weight quite quicky! Also bding fr + many attempts
Plus take magnesium all the time and have brought some cranberry forte 200mg concentrated cranberry powder are they the right thing I shoud be taking?
Am I on the right track with this or is there something I'm missing out on, or any direction you could give me would be wonderful, oh and should I wait a month before ttc, or do I start straight away? Af is due in 2 days

You can have tea if you want. Coffee ~may~ be slightly better.

If you have to do the cran juice, please try to find the artificially sweetened kind if you can.

Don't take Benadryl from AF-O, only take it 1-2 hours before attempts.

Since you're on the thin side, I would prob. start TTC sooner rather than later. It's up to you if you want to TTC this month, or wait till July.
