Not sure if anyone can help me on this but we are ttc our 3rd n last baby and would love to bf,but I have a nipple bar in r nipple,I have no problem in taking it out but I would it heal to leave just 1 hole or would I be leaking form all 3?is it possible to bf after having this done?

It would definitely need to be healed before you could start nursing. The milk will only come out of the ducts...not the other holes in your areolas.
I'd definitely use Lanolin, too...to keep the area healthy.
