need some guidance on timing!

I know this has been covered to death but I still haven't decided which timing method to use. I know for our son was with abstain for about 5 days. I know dh wont do fr on his own to help sway and sorry if tmi but it takes forever for him to release with condominium. So I feel our only options are to abstain which I'm not 100% comfortable with. I feel that fr thru bd would be better but I'm so nervous about ph and testosterone going up. I'm not sold on ph swaying but still don't want to chance it much ykwim? Ugh. Any advice out there?

DH refuses to wear condoms so I had to "help" him with FR every time in other ways than sex IYKWIM. Let me tell ya, it got old, but I kept thinking it was all in good fun for HOPEFULLY our future DD.

I chose FR over abstain b/c I knew DH would never be able to make it 2 weeks!

Abstain for 5 days tends to sway blue, so if you wanted to try for a longer abstain of 7-10 days, that is an option.

Otherwise, I'd go with the hurry-up FR option - help him release once NOT inside, dump it, then as soon as he's able, DTD again and that second batch is your attempt.
