They are slightly TMI i suppose..
First, when the DH and i are BD, Is it bad if i have a lot of.. i guess CM? i know some of the supplements im starting may cut down on that, but i was just wondering if this may kill the girl sperm, or maybe make my lady parts more alkaline?
also, for the LE diet, Im going grocery shopping and i wanted to add pineapples, apple sauce(plain not flavored) and russet potatoes (for baked potato but no butter, just plain) are those okay for the diet? thanks!:)
Also, If we do BD in the shower, should i just wipe and then go lay down? I want to do the J&D but since im already up! lol i figured if i stand to long, it would all run out and i wouldnt have any sperm! .. is that possible? thanks:)
1)It's not CM, it's natural lube fluid that your body makes. Supps and diet will help reduce that. It can make you more alkaline, but if you use RepHresh, you don't need to worry about that. There IS no way to kill just girl sperm or boy sperm. You either kill sperm (and fewer sperm seem to sway pink) or help them stay alive (which seems to sway blue.)
2)They are fine as long as you count the calories in them!
