Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I didn't start my sway. My diet changes were caused by a change in lifestyle, a major change. For 4 months I had no time for breakfast, I would have eaten it religiously before, I was avoiding bananas and salt, in preparation for my sway. drinking lots of diet coke as the machine was beside my desk, some days I wouldn't have time for lunch and was very stressed at work for 6 months prior and had lost some weight.

I BD on Thursday 15th March, thinking I was just over AF. I wasn't trying to get pregnant. ON the 17th Saturday night I got OV pains and had them Sunday morning. So 2/3 day cut-off.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I am NEVER stressed normally. I spent 6 months in fight or flight mode in work, I lost a couple of pounds and skipped breakfast. My 2 boys were conceived on my ovulation day using OPKs.

Thanks guys, when I found out I was pregnant I left work. I wasn't going to go back after maternity leave and when I got back there was a new manager who restructured, fired a load of people, told me I was amazing and had me doing the job of 10 people on my own for all that time. It was a nightmare. I didn't want to leave and let people down but once I got pregnant I didn't want to jeopardize the health of the baby and I am lucky that Dh's salary is good and we can manage. I HATED being away from the kids as well!

The major changes were the stress, the breakfast and the timing. I am NEVER stressed, I'm a really laid back person normally. My last two were conceived in really relaxed times, just after my honeymoon and on maternity leave. They were both conceived on day of ovulation, I always usually have the big O and I NEVER miss breakfast! Hope this helps!
