Help me decide what wud be opposite?

Hi with my son my partner was working away mon-fri so we abstsaind 4-5 days then did frequant bd over the weekends, I don't know when I ov'd as cycles were messed up after the pill. I dint know whether to do frequant release then a 3 day cut off or abstsin at least 7 days then a 3 day cut off, spose it depends if my oh is working away or not, but just trying to see what would be the opposite to last time and what would be best for swaying towards girl?

Forget about doing the opposite, that's probably not why you had a boy the last time. Either FR or abstain will work for you, they do the same thing. You're just trying to lower sperm count overall and both abstain and FR can do that. Pick the one that works best for you and your husband, and go with that.
