Tracking food
Hi ladies! I am starting the LE diet next week and was curious to know what you ladies use to track you daily food (ie calories, fat, sodium, etc.)? I want something easy to use on my iPhone. Any suggestions?
Also today is my first day without eating breakfast. So far so good! :)

I use Livestrong.com my plate.. They do have an app but on the app you can't see the sodium, fat, and protein on somethings. You can see it all on their website!

I tried myfitnesspal, but didn't like it very much. I've been using Sparkpeople instead (both online, and on my iPhone). LOVE it, and highly recommend it! :agree:
