When I used it- I think I started at the end of AF and did it every 3 days, however I wound up dropping it from my sway...I felt like it was causing me to not get preg...but I also had zero EWCM since I started to sway....and my ph was low.

I'd start it at the end of AF in the month you want to TTC. That will give your body a bit of time to get used to it, and yet you won't be wasting it in months you aren't even trying.
I am going to buy it tomorrow and start using it every 3 days until I ovulate September 22nd.
Oh, I don't think that's at all necessary. Just wait until after AF this month and then start it.
Would it be bad if I did it every other day leading up to O? or does it work better every 3 days?
Yes, it's bad because it will keep you from getting pg. RepHresh really seems to put the kibosh on the swimmers.Quote:
