16 week scan skull nub guesses anyone PLEASE I'm Desperate!

Hi everyone..I am new to the forum and am posting a 16 week ultrasound of my little one...please take some guesses..I'm really really desperate to know. Thanks and God bless you guys for your help

No :( All they gave me were these pictures..I asked and the technician said she can't tell me until I'm 20 weeks....

They are quiet confusing I know...

I'm confused. I thought I could see a boy nub sticking up between the legs in the top two pics?

I have a 7 year old and a 7 month old...would love to have a baby boy this time around. Anyone wants to guess from the skull?
