Ramzi theory guesses?

I wish I had never read anything about the Ramzi theory!!! I need to have my internet privledges taken away! I had my scan today at 5w6d, it was a vaginal scan so from what I understand (which isnt much) this is a true image, and the tech did confirm that much but wouldnt say anything else. I later found out I have a large cyst on my left ovary so I think that is why she wasnt saying much. Anyway, does this mean girl or boy?

I don't think you can tell which side of the uterus that implantation has taken place in this pic...but maybe someone else will have some insight. GL!
