Just thought I'd start the thread for those of us who have had to move on from August. This will be my 2nd real try. I don't think I'm due to O until mid-Sept due to my crazy long cycles. I am decreasing my Vitex by half this month and will try less hard for a cut-off. I am still up in the air about Rephresh maybe it's too much as my DH is 37 and he is doing licorice as well for the 2 weeks leading up to O. Hope this month is it for us!
