I did RepHresh then waited to BD until 8 hrs later, which is Atomics advice.
You should be fine. Lime douches can kill all the sperm.
No don't use lime as it will raise ph. I used repHresh every 3 days and then a 1/2 app 12 hours before my sway. My ph went up a bit but really didn't worry about it as I don't think pH sways as much as we think it does. I didn't check my ph that much either. Just let repHresh do it's job. It will

Thanks Ladies i was just scared me&DH PH will be sky high after BD which it always is! So if i use the RepHresh hopefully i will be ok. I was using lime 5min after BD for months now but i guess i killed all the sperm LOL. Plus i have a short LP (due to breastfeeding my 1yr old). How much RePHresh do i use after coming off my cycle? I am so happy to say i started my Vitex and it came in the mail on the day of my period strange LOL so here's to CD 1 :pinksperm:!

The RepHresh will react with the semen to bring the pH down and this should happen instantaneously.
DON'T do lime douche with RepHresh because it may cause a pH spike - RepHresh is designed to keep pH at 4.5-5 and so if you shoot a bunch of lime with pH 2 up there, it may react with the RepHresh to trigger a spike.
Most peopel have been using 1/2-1 tube every three days starting after AF and ending 8, 12, or 24 hours before attempt.Quote:
