For me I am not sure it was just the vitex, I am doing the diet and supplements.So I think it is a combination of all that for me.
Navywife thanks for responding! I also just started Zyrtec so am feel extra dry LOL. I hope it is a good thing to be like this i hope i can even get preggo.
Well if you feel super dry then maybe drop the zyrtec? when are you do to O? I know all cycle I as dry then leading up to O i did get more CM nothing like it was with my boys but there is some EWCM.
yes, it can, because it can reduce estrogen. Estrogen makes CM.
If you're super duper dry I would also drop the Z or else keep it to just one the day before your attempt. You need some CM in order to get pg at all.Quote:
