Help please

I am really confused. I have a 3 month old almost 4 and will be ttcing when bub is 7 months old. I am breastfeeding. What should I take/do to ttc another girl. When do I start? I was going to start vitex as my period is back but irregular and very, VERY light. I am not sure if I am Oing so I thought vitex might help but Atomic just said she wouldn't take it if bub is under 9 months old. DH won't do anyhing this time to sway. Any idea's on what I could do to sway. Help please.

I would do LE diet, repHresh and maybe sylk. Along with bf I think just those things would be a pretty good sway.

I am taking Vitex and I'm breast feeding 7 month old. I think Vitex is ok once you establish a good milk supply. Maybe atomic can chime in?

9 months is just a guideline, if your baby is a good weight and eating some table foods it's proabably fine. We have no evidence that vitex is in any way harmful, we just don't have evidence that it's safe either, and so I like to be conservative.

I wouldn't start the vitex just now, give it a little bit longer. I suspect your period will get better all on its own between now and then anyway.
