Newbie and looking for some guidance :)
Hello! I am a 32 year old mother of a 2 1/2 year old girl. I would love for her to have a sister and to have another girl (for a variety of reasons) and I just randomly found this website. We didn't find out what we were having with her and I was 100% sure I was having a boy based on things I read last time: we conceived on the day of ovulation (confirmed by 6 week ultrasound due to spotting), doggy style positioning, abstinence (not on purpose), on a hot summer day but I barely had any CM...my husband drinks a ton of coffee and works out. I was fairly healthy then but ate a wide range of foods and was walking daily for exercise. I drank wine. Was at my heaviest weight--128 pounds at 5 feet. My husband comes from a family of all boys and his father has tons of brothers. I was shocked when I delivered a girl :)
I am now about 120 pounds and eat even healthier--a drink fresh green juice daily with kale and spinach and strawberries and other fruit with coconut oil. I take a organic whole food prenatal, liquid fish oil and liquid Cal/mag daily. I was exercising a lot (pilates and yoga) during the summer but August and September were really busy and I have mainly just been walking here and there but nothing extreme. I just finished breastfeeding my daughter. I don't drink caffeine and probably drink alcohol once or twice a week.
We really want to start trying this month so I know I am limited on what I can do and change before then but I was just wondering what your thoughts are. Does anyone has any suggestions? Let me know if you need any other information...
Thank you!
