Where Can I Buy Preseed?

Does anyone know where I can buy Preseed? I do not want to buy it online, just in a store. I checked at my WalMart and they do not sell it. Any other stores that anyone knows of that sells it for sure? TIA! :D

Also Wheatgrass? Did not see that at WalMart either. Do I have to go to a vitamin/supplement store for it?

I haven't started my attempt yet, but I bought the pre-seed from Target and CVS pharmacy also has it. I bought the wheatgrass from Whole Foods and the drink is in the freezer section with the frozen fruit/vege. Its little frozen cups that you put in hot water and drink, but its pretty gross....kind of like you took the grass out of the lawnmower and put it in a juicer! I am saving that for the month of my actual attempt because I cant drink it everyday.

Wheatgrass capsules from chemist or healthfood store. Have a look on the pre seed website to find your local stockists.

Thanks everyone! :D Also, does anyone know how long to take all the supps? I know theres some you only take from AF-O and others you take as far in advance as possible.

Which ones will you be taking?

The only boy supp that I typically recommend that is taken AF-O is evening primrose oil, but there are some others recommeded on other sites that are AF-O...which ones are you planning on??
