I don't know. I took Nature's Way Vitex 400 mg (together in the morning) They worked for me! :)
No, it's fine, that tiny amount of gelatin doesn't sway. That's the kind I had too.Quote:

I conceived both times on Nature's Way Vitex..and in the first cycle. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone! :)

Soloray is fine too. Any of the name brand Vitex are fine. I would shy away from store brands or weird things you've never heard of before, and I would stay away from anything purchased in a dollar store (my mom gets a lot of supps there and I cringe when she does because they're often from parts of the world that may not have as much governmental oversight as they have in the US/Europe/Aus)
