Rephresh question.

Ok so i know you use it every 3 days. Is it 3 days from when you put it in? Example I put it in today so is today day 1 ? Then I put in a new dose on Sunday ? Or is it exactly 3 days inbetween doses? Like tomorrow is day 1 not today. Hope I didn't confuse you!

I think I did it this way... Mon-Tues Tues-Wed Wed-Thur.. Reinsert on Thursday.

I did too much Rephresh like way less than half every 2 days:oops: now i am 2 DPO with a yeast infection :sad:

That's what i am afraid of. I'll go with 3 days inbetween.

I answered this on another thread already, but it really doesn't make any difference, as long as you're getting some in there regularly. You just want your body to be used to the stuff. As long as you use it 8-12-24 hours before your attempt, what you do before really doesn't matter much.
