New Here ~ Few Questions

Hi all!

I have 2 DS. DS1 was a surprise baby. But I had recently lost weight without exercising
and conceived either on day before O, day of O, or day after O. DS2 was failed sway from IG suggestions. DH and I did IG diet, cranberry/calcium/magnesium/B6/aspirin supps with frequent BD up till day before O. I also took Vitex and Lydia Pinkham supps.

Soooo....five years later I would still love to have DD but most important a healthy baby as DH is 36 and I am 35.

I am planning on doing LE diet, which I am currently on. However, can I have almond milk, oat bran, stevia, or agave on it?

And so here is the plan I was thinking:

LE diet (just for me)
Supps: Saw Palmetto, Folic Acid
Supps for DH: Licorice Root
Abstain for 7 days, BD with 3 day cut off
Vinegar douche before and after

My primary concern with your sway is that it would be way too strict and you would not be able to conceive doing all those things.

We don't believe timing sways and many of us got baby girls after having 2,3,4, or more timing opposites. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...-timing.html\]

Since you're familiar with LE Diet already and sounds like you're going to include it, I won't go into the reasons why the IG Diet and supps may not be the best way to go (as I'm sure you would agree)...the encouraging thing is that several of us had girls on LE after failed IG sways. I would not do any of the foods you mention on LE except in small amounts. All are believed to sway blue.

Most of us do not use douche, we use RepHresh instead http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...-part-1-a.html and we've found it's best not to use anything after intercourse because it cuts odds of conception.

Basically, abstain + LR + douche before and after + cutoff = no pregancy. And the more months you go on not getting pg, the harder it is to maintain the thing which has the best evidence supporting it...diet.

The reason for abstaining is because of DH's schedule. We can't do FR. Would BD 3-4 days in a row be better?

Frequency probably doesn't sway very much at all anyway, so just DTD when the mood strikes - if you can't do frequency, you may want to stick with just one attempt at a pos OPK the first month and see if you get pg.
