Hi ladies,
I'm new on board as well, hoping to sway blue at the end of the year and getting my plan in place at the moment. I've started using Clear Blue Fertility Monitor this cycle and taking EPO and fish oil supplements. I've a major diet coke and chocolate addiction so hoping to try going cold turkey on these next week, it's going to be my biggest hurdle..

Welcome ! yes you should start charting your O day. I did some diet ( avoided dairy and sugar) , lots of lemon water, green tea, folic acid L-arg, 2 bananas everyday, baking soda drink last two weeks..... but O is where things got a little dicy. We just did the baby dance :) couple days ago so I don't know if we are pregnant yet. If I didn't get pregnant this month.... I will start charting my O day. This month I got +ve OPK only once for a short period of time and dtd 15 hrs after that.... I will update the group about the outcome. But yes charting O and diet are very imporatnt. Good luck!!
Hi GerryO welcome :) Best of luck with your boy swaying plans. Yes definatly try to swap diet coke for V8 juice, and you can have dark chocolate, it has good nutritional value.
