i will answer this when i have a minute but till then please read this 3 part thread with links to the second two in the first http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...roversial.html this is the case againts calcium - not everyone believes it sways pink and several of us have gotten girls without calcium after boys while taking high calcium.
it is a lot of info at first but bear with it, once you understand the basic principles it's easy - this is the fundamental basis for the sway diet that i advise http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ypothesis.html
I personally believe calcium sways pink. I would NOT take it in supplement form as it is VERY alkaline. I would take it in natural sources such as organic skim milk, yogurt, or rice milk.
Getting back to this thread, for TTC a girl I would have you take:
Vitex http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...nces-here.html
Saw Palmetto http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...depth-how.html
Baby aspirin http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...echniques.html
Fiber (this helps absorb fats and fat soluble vitamins from your digestive tract)
Probiotic (helps prevent swaying-related yeast infections)
Folic acid 1200-1600 mcg a day throughout the first trimester
