I have a pretty un-healthy BMI of 31.4 :(
I am 194 pounds or 88kg
Should I be aiming for a certain amount of weight loss?
Or just start at 6 weeks?
I have lost 3 this week assuming I am a good girl I could lose 10kg in 6 weeks or 22 pounds pretty easily I think.
My BMI would still be to high but would that be enough to sway my odds?
