I guess my username says it all, I'm confused :) (and a man). I've been reading these forums for the last couple of weeks and thought I'd join you all. I'm trying to sway pink, DW (still learning my acronyms) anyway, DW doesn't care as much if it's a boy or girl, but she's on-board to support DH (me :) This would be our first child, so will try and sway for a bit, but then just try if DW doesn't get PG. Anyway, Hello!
Hi confusedman. I just joined as well and have 3 girls so might be able to give you some tips..
Timing never seemed to work for us (see my intro for more details) but having read the girl diet, thats me down to a tee. My sister has two boys and she eats the opposite of me.
I lean to more of a vegetarian diet, am naturally athletic and I guess I see food as a fuel source rather than a pleasure so I tend to stick to the same sort of meals. Eat lots of yogurt, milk coffees, mixed nuts but hate salt. I have also always taken magnesium and calcium (with D) supplement too.
Will be swaying for a boy just before christmas so will be reversing everything above and eating like a queen over the coming months. Best of luck to you and your wife and I hope you get a little girl. They are very special.
