13 + 3 weeks, guesses please! :)

Hi! So had my NT scan. I'm around 13 weeks and 3 or 4 days but measured 14 weeks and 1 day! Tech looked between legs and saw nothing sticking at this point, nothing whatsoever. She doesn't know about the nub theory but looks flat to me. HB was 144, but I don't think that predicts gender. She took a lot of pictures :). Nub and skull guesses welcomed!

and with the Potty shot (second picture), legs are in a C shape. So gender shot would be seen in the center of the C. Looks girlie to me ;)

In this one below, baby's bottom is in the air, so try and picture the bottom level with the spine. If this is a nub, it still looks flat to me
