licorice root and lysine??

I saw on this there is a spot left open for licorice root. I just noticed that I have this listed on some lysine that I take to prevent cold sores. Guess I should ask what you think of lysine too? I don't usually take but since I am not eating my best was taking to prevent since they like to show up when your immune system isn't doing so well and that does not make for hot bd lol.

will be taking soy when af shows up and doing zrytec before bd/rephresh before bd.
am not on any other supps besides folic acid.

after looking through I see it is not safe while nursing or reccommended for girl sway, this is a small amount but i can find regular lysine that doesn't have it added so I'll just do that if i need it :)

Licorice root is for DH, not you.

Regarding lysine when TTC, there is mixed info on the Internet but I would simply avoid it. It's not known whether it's safe for pg and a lot of doctors tell people not to take it while TTC. I ~believe~ I read once on IG that gelatin has lysine in it which would mean you should avoid it for pink anyway. (tried to look it up but I got a monkey...just one, a new one LOL oo lala)
