Flax Seed for swaying?

Ok, so I'm pretty new to this site and haven't been able to track this info down....

I have in my "notes" that flax seed sways girl, but I can't find where I got this info?? I've been researching the "swaying girl" topic all over the internet for a couple years now so this info might have actually come from the IG site. Any thoughts on this?

Also, what is a good amount to take for a daily fiber supplement?

Trying to piece together info and get my sway plan firmed up! :)

We honestly don't know how flax might sway but I think it's best to stay away from it. Some of the blue swayers use it to increase CM.

Just use whatever is on the bottle for your fiber. Diff. brands are formulated differently and it's hard to generalize. You may want to start with 1/2 the amount or even 1/4 and see how you tolerate it. Don't forget to drink water!
