Is it worth me starting Vitex?

We are on our TTC cycle 1 at the moment (i ovulate in 10 days roughly).

I've been on the diet for 6 weeks (also supplementing with cal-mag-folic acid) and we're doing a conservative sway this month. I am also using douche and Zyrtek. I'm going to stop the calcium and magnesium though (hangover from IG diet days).

I've not yet gone down the Vitex route. I guess as my cycle is regular, as we are keen to get going asap and also because I've read it takes three months to take effect, I haven't given it much consideration until now.

Is there any value in starting it now or even after AF for the next cycle?

Is it an 'only if you give it 3 months to work' is it worth it or will getting some in my system help to sway a little?

Most of us have seen changes from vitex immediately. I'd have you do a higher dose than average so 1200 mg from now until either a pos OPK or CD 14, then stop it.

Then next month you can just take the 800 from Cd 1- pos OPK or CD 14 whichever comes first
