There is a lot of info here and more coming every day, so daisynyc suggested that I make a kind of "menu" for getting started with planning a sway. (THANK YOU!!) Any and all suggestions are very welcome...it is hard for me to keep track of what I've covered adequately and what needs a little more attention, please let me know about anything that you would like to see more of or that I maybe forgot to go back to.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful information. I do have a question. Is trying to sway when your DH will not participate in any of it, like taking supps, diet, and stuff like that...is it even worth the try? Or I should say even worth trying to put myself on the diet, and wasting $ on supps for me etc etc?

YES it is totally worth it. REsearch shows that since the mother cares for the offspring, what the mother does in terms of swaying is much more important than anything the father brings to the table.

My DH would not sway either.
