when should i start everything?
I like to follow the egg lifecycle and since it's 90 days, I like to recommend that. Supplements are easy to do starting now and cutting out sodium is easy. The diet, I think is so hard for TTC a girl but just watching your ratios of calcium/ magnesium and potassium/sodium starting now is great!
We are putting The French Diet on here that uses the same foundation as every other gender diet in regards to those ratios.
That's a pretty good thought about the egg. That's about the same (a little longer) as the amount of time to takes sperm to form.
There are two schools of thought and I don't know which is best.
One is to do it for as long as possible ahead of your sway to really get yourself depleted. You run the risk of getting tired of it and cheating, and also that your body adjusts.
The other is the idea of shocking your body and getting pregnant within a few months. You run the risk of not having enough time on the diet for your body to change it's chemistry.
I have seen people succeed and fail both ways and I honestly can't say which is best.
