Dh is a vegetarian & i'm wondering if this would affect my blue sway. I eat red meat but is this enough. What can i add to his vegetarian diet to replace the meat.

Just make sure he eats a lot of sodium, healthy fats, and other sources of protein like beans and nuts. Eggs are great if he eats them. If he lifts weights, that will help A LOT.
Thanks for quick reply Atomic, you ever so helpful! He lifts weights & eats all the above so that's great. I was just a bit concerned because i saw a thread about vegetarians having girls so thought i'd ask. I'm also trying to dtd in the mornings to raise his sperm count
They do have more girls statistically speaking but as we all know, statistics only apply over the entire population. Vegetarians can and do have boys all the time, there are no magic foods or even magic diets that prevent you from conceiving a child of either gender. If there were, the entire human race would have died out a long time ago! GL!
