Black cohosh to lower Testosterone?

Does Black cohosh lower testosterone and can u take it with SP, BA, Folic Acid, Antihistamine and Vitex?

I don't want anyone taking the cohoshes, they're not safe.

Thank you AS... Can I ask what is unsafe about them because I took that and sage leaf capsules to stop lactating. It was the only thing that worked too.... After 2.5 weeks of painful engorgement, two does of those and it went away....
