Thanks Ladies! i as scared to BD just yet seeing that i am not on the diet as good as i should be. So i stayed away from my Husband yesterday and hopefully today LOL. I am doing some sway stuff like Rephresh and a few other things. I may go for it really in Dec. and get to better dieting ASAP! So it's great to know now when i O which would be around CD 19- 20. This is 2nd month taking Vitex. i use to O like later CD 27-28 due to breastfeeding my 1yr old. So Vitex has helped a lot :)
