is oil or butter better to use while cooking and which kind?
I am planning an essay on the various kinds of fats so I will go into this in more detail, but I think good choices for pink would be corn oil, unsalted margarine (the cheap kind) or salted margarine in moderation, or unsalted butter in moderation.
low in saturated fat is also good I think.
I tried to do this this morning and my son went on the computer for two minutes and deleted it. >:(
